INGREDIENTS
- 50ml white rum
- 75ml fresh pineapple juice
- 25ml coconut syrup
- 40ml cream
- 50ml milk
METHOD 1
- Blend all with ice (adjust thickness with ice and milk).
METHOD 2
- Shake all with ice.
- Double strain into glass filled with ice/crushed ice.
GARNISH
- Slice of pineapple on glass
or
- Slice of pineapple on glass with 2 trimmed, cleaned and oiled pineapple leaves and maraschino cherry on sword on top of glass.
