INGREDIENTS
- 50ml vanilla vodka
- 30ml passion fruit puree (sub passion fruit syrup)
- 70ml fresh pineapple juice
METHOD
- Shake all with ice.
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with floating passion fruit half and prosecco shot on the side.
