COCKTAIL OF THE DAY: GRASSHOPPER

INGREDIENTS

- 30ml crème me menthe

- 30ml crème de cacao

- 30ml single cream

METHOD

- Shake all with ice.

- Double strain into chilled coupe or martini glass.

- Garnish with a sprig of mint or chocolate shavings.
