INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Bourbon or rye
- 1 teaspoon caster sugar
- 3 dashes of Angostura Aromatic bitters
- 1 dash of orange bitters
METHOD
- Muddle sugar and bitters in the bottom of the glass.
- Pour bourbon or rye down muddler into glass.
- Stir until sugar is COMPLETELY dissolved.
- Add ice and stir until drink and glass are ice cold.
- Break spine of fresh orange peel into glass, run around rim and tuck into drink to garnish.
