INGREDIENTS
- 45ml gin
- 15ml lemon juice
- 5ml sugar syrup
- 10ml nectarine syrup
- 1 small ripe nectarine (halved & pitted)
- 4 fresh mint leaves (plus garnish)
METHOD
- Muddle mint leaves in the jottom of shaker until bruised.
- Add nectarine halves and muddle together.
- Add all other ingredients and shake with ice.
- Double strain into chilled martini or coupe glass and garnish with mint leaves or sprig.
