COCKTAIL OF THE DAY: RASPBERRY DAIQUIRI


INGREDIENTS

- 45ml white rum

- 45ml crème de framboise (raspberry syrup)

- 30ml fresh lime juice

- 4 fresh raspberries


METHOD

- Muddle raspberries in the bottom of the shaker and add all other ingredients.

- Shake all with ice.

- Double strain into chilled martini or coupe glass and garnish with lime wheel on glass or lime and raspberry on sword.
