COCKTAIL OF THE DAY: ROSITA


IINGREDIENTS

- 45ml tequila

- 15ml campari

- 15ml dry vermouth

- 15ml rosso

- 1 dash of aromatic bitters


METHOD

-Stir all with ice in mixing glass.

- Double strain with fine and Julep strainers into a ice filled rocks.

- Garnish with grapefruit zest peel ran around the rim and tucked into ice in glass.

(Grapefruit peel can be substitute with orange if necessary)
